The board accepted three road-related proposals and authorized the Town Administrator to finalize contracts. Green Mountain Line Striping was approved for edge-line painting at an estimated $7,698.24. Bazin Brothers was the low paving bidder at $682,172; the board noted Landgrove Road paving will be supported in part by a $200,000 state grant. All States Construction was the sole chip-seal bidder and was approved for $131,900.
Selectboard members said the paving contract aligned with grant funding and past vendor experience; Aileen Tulloch indicated any leftover grant funds would be considered for other projects. The motions to accept the bids were made and seconded by board members and passed unanimously.
