During the Nov. 25 meeting Pam Spaulding distributed the final draft of the Planning Commission Rules of Procedure, pointed out minor edits, and asked members to sign the document. Each commission member signed the final draft, and the commission agreed that one signed copy would be filed in the town vault.
The distribution and signing followed review; the minutes record that members accepted the minor changes Pam highlighted. The action was recorded as completed during Old Business and no vote tally beyond the recorded signatures was provided.
