Jim Fleming moved to accept Hunter Excavating’s bid and to authorize the Town Administrator to execute contract documents; the motion passed without objection.
The board did not identify a projected start date in the minutes; the authorization delegates execution of hiring documents to the Town Administrator so work can be scheduled.
