The Londonderry Selectboard voted unanimously June 2 to accept Hunter Excavating’s bid of $18,500 to replace the culvert on Winhall Station Road and authorized the Town Administrator to sign contract documents necessary to proceed.
Town officials said the town received competitive bids from Hunter Excavating, Sanderson Trucking and Excavating, and Kurtz Excavating and selected Hunter after review. Jim Fleming moved to accept Hunter Excavating’s bid and to authorize the Town Administrator to execute contract documents; the motion passed without objection.
The board did not identify a projected start date in the minutes; the authorization delegates execution of hiring documents to the Town Administrator so work can be scheduled.
