The Planning Commission asked the Selectboard to consider a request for grant administration; the board voted to move that request to the next Selectboard regular meeting on April 7 for fuller discussion with the Planning Commission present.
Separately, Trish Waugh noted that additional funding for the Town Plan had been anticipated in the Planning Commission's original budget. The board approved a motion to authorize additional scope of work with Community Workshop LLC up to $3,000 to support the Town Plan work. The motion passed 5–0.
The board intends to discuss grant-administration needs with the Planning Commission at the April 7 meeting and said the additional consultant scope will allow planned Town Plan work to proceed.
