City moves ahead with wastewater mixing-zone study, loan execution and DLCD work plan

Staff outlined a timeline for public review: task-one updates to the planning commission in mid-May followed by city council consideration in early June. They named Mina and Anami (contractors) as assisting with data collection, review and household outreach to solicit resident interest and applications.
