During executive session on Feb. 4 the board voted on several enforcement matters. A motion to find multiple violations in case 24-014 (OAR/OAR citation language in the transcript) was made, seconded and approved by roll call. The board also voted to close inquiries 2024-INQ-018 through 2024-INQ-021 and 2024-INQ-023.
Jason Robinson moved the enforcement motions and Megan Hartley seconded at various points of the session; the roll-call votes were recorded as unanimous in favor of the recommendations. After returning to public session, the board moved to ratify CPA certificates and firm registrations as presented; that motion also passed unanimously.
What comes next: enforcement motions will be processed per the board's normal administrative procedures. Ratified certificates and registrations stand as approved; staff will record and publish appropriate administrative notices.
