Small-group kickoff formed to scope Urbanform pilot; Ricardo offers to serve as liaison

Committee members agreed to form a smaller working group to define the purchase, data inputs and technical access model for Urbanform. Carla (speaker 1) proposed that the subgroup include Nathan, Amy, Quang (Urbanform lead), the city building official Glenn, and a committee liaison so the project has both technical and oversight representation.
During the discussion Ricardo offered to serve as a volunteer liaison for the group. Amy (speaker 2) and Carla said a smaller, focused conversation with the vendor would help avoid unnecessary complexity and set a clear roadmap for implementation. The subgroup will report back to the full committee at the subsequent meeting and staff will set dates for the kickoff.
