Selectboard approves Hidden Leaf cannabis license and several excess-weight permits

The Selectboard granted Hidden Leaf Homestead LLC a local control cannabis license for an Outdoor Cultivator Tier 1 operation at 1317 Spring Hill Road and approved excess weight permits for Hunter Excavating LLC, Beacon Sales Acquisition and Consolidated Communication.
At its July 7 meeting the Selectboard approved a local control license for Hidden Leaf Homestead LLC to operate an Outdoor Cultivator Tier 1 Small Cultivator at 1317 Spring Hill Road, subject to compliance with town ordinances and regulations. The chair was authorized to sign on behalf of the board.
The board also approved excess weight permits for Hunter Excavating LLC, Beacon Sales Acquisition and Consolidated Communication and authorized the Town Administrator to execute the permits on the town's behalf. All motions passed unanimously.
