Commissioners asked about the proposed site logistics and noted the need for site surveying and coordination with Motorola engineering and other partners; staff said a site visit with contractors and consultants was scheduled the following Monday. The action authorizes grant pursuit; final acceptance of any award will return to the commission for appropriation and contract actions.
