Town Administrator Samantha Mank told the Select Board that 40 FY2024 real-estate accounts have remaining balances totaling $72,897.17 and that, if not paid in full, those unpaid 2024 taxes will be automatically foreclosed on Feb. 20, 2026.
Mank also reported 12 FY2023 real-estate accounts with balances totaling $29,303.24; unpaid 2023 taxes will be subject to automatic foreclosure on Feb. 11, 2025 if not paid. The board did not take emergency action; the statements were provided as routine fiscal notice to residents.
