The minutes therefore contain an internal inconsistency between the listed individual votes and the tallied result. The minutes do not explain or reconcile that discrepancy.
Because the official minutes contain both the per-member votes and the final tally, the recorded outcome for the Council action is that the motion to table was approved. Council or staff may later issue a correction to the minutes if the vote tally was transcribed incorrectly.
