Council swears in two members, approves consent items and routine business

The City of the Village of Clarkston City Council convened Nov. 10, 2025; Mayor Wylie called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. The council administered the oath of office to re-elected council members Rodgers and Casey and recorded five councilmembers present; Quisenberry and Jones were absent.
On routine business, Councilmember Avery moved, supported by Casey, to approve the meeting agenda as presented; the motion passed unanimously, 5-0. The council also approved the consent agenda — which included the final minutes of Oct. 13, draft minutes of Oct. 27 and the Treasurer’s Report for Nov. 10 — on a motion by Forte with support from Rodgers (vote 5-0). The meeting adjourned at 8:01 P.M. on a motion by Rodgers, supported by Forte.
