Marcus Pitts, noted in the meeting as a World Council member, said the council’s travel promotion helped Kansas representation at recent conventions and urged members to follow the Oxford House model and manual to support long-term recovery. The World Council report was accepted by the assembly. The meeting also discussed travel reimbursements used to send State Board members to the World Convention and local chapter plans to attend the state and world events.
