Kechi fair at risk as Fair Committee seeks volunteers

Jarod Krueger, representing the Kechi Fair Committee, told the council that four committee members stepped down and the committee needs 10–13 committed people to operate the fair — five to join the committee and eight to volunteer at events. "If volunteers don't step up there will not be a fair again this year," Krueger said, urging residents and non‑residents to volunteer. Councilmember Kendra Baldridge added that volunteers need not be Kechi residents to participate.
