The Ozawkie City Council approved a 3% processing-fee increase requested by LRS, raising the per-residence processing fee from $17.37 to $17.90. To reflect that change, the council also approved adjusting the city utility charge from $18.50 to $19.00 per residence. Kevin Klenklen moved for approval; Rob Fisher seconded the motion, and the vote was unanimous.
