"If you're asking if it covers all of the operational costs at this point, I would have to say probably not completely," the staff member said, adding the irrigation system is approximately 25'30 years old and that staff continue to seek grant dollars for replacement. The staff member said the cart-path project lacks identified funds and will require more design and funding work if pursued.
