Board approves amended Dec. 10 minutes, sets April meeting date and adjourns at 2:24 p.m.

Chair Kathleen Lonergan presented the Dec. 10, 2024 regular meeting minutes and the board approved several amendments: change 'Vaughn' to 'Vaughan'; delete line 21; change 'Mr. Hurley' to 'Mr. Gatz'; and change 'Mr. Walsh' to 'Mr. Rhodes.' On motion by Michael Walsh and seconded by Carol Vaughan, the minutes were approved as amended.
District Counsel and District Engineer had no reports. District Manager Chuck Adams reminded the board that the next regular meeting will be held April 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. During Supervisors' Requests, Chair Lonergan apologized for not following up or publicizing a workshop that had been scheduled for 1:00 p.m.; she said the CDD can discuss a workshop at a later date. On motion by Michael Walsh and seconded by Carol Vaughan, with all in favor, the meeting adjourned at 2:24 p.m.
The minutes record that action-items 1–11, 14, 16 and 18 are ongoing and that items 12, 13, 15 and 17 were completed.
