Resident Susan Napolitano questioned whether awarding contracts to the lowest bidder is best practice; District Manager Chuck Adams responded that he has worked with Premier Lakes and considers their service level superior to SOLitude. Supervisor Janice Benedetti said a resident reported mosquito issues; the technician treated the area and identified significant problems on that pond. The board discussed whether future maintenance or electricity costs for owner‑installed lake sprinklers should be addressed by policy or handled case‑by‑case.
