Resident asks board to investigate dead tree at 18906 Rolling Hills Loop; District Engineer to follow up

At the Feb. 18 meeting, resident Tom Martin asked the Heritage Pines board about plans for Rolling Hills Loop and reported a dead tree near his property at 18906 Rolling Hills Loop that 'has been there for two or three years.'
Chair Kathleen Lonergan responded that part of the natural wetland is being cleaned and that the District Engineer coordinated with Environmental Solutions to clean the perimeter 'as far as they can enter it; nothing larger than 5" in diameter can be removed.' She asked Martin for the exact tree location and said the District Engineer would investigate and follow up with Grounds Superintendent Tim Gatz.
