CDD: partially dead oak is on private property; ESF contract active for NWRA 33 cleanup

During the operations update, Chair Kathleen Lonergan raised a report of a dead tree behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop. District Engineer Kurt Heath's initial inspection concluded the partially dead oak tree "is actually on another resident’s property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive, and not near any CDD-owned easements," and he said he will re-inspect the area.
The minutes record that Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) executed a contract to remove vegetation at NWRA 33 near Rolling Hills Loop and that vegetation removal is underway; Mr. Adams said ESF will coordinate with the engineer and that Mr. Heath will inspect the area and coordinate repairs as needed.
