Following a brief executive session on non‑elected personnel, the council voted to move employees Madison (probation ended March 16) and Travis (probation ended March 24) to permanent status and to grant pay increases retroactive to the end of their probation periods; the motions passed 3–0.
The council also voted to adjust Assistant City Clerk Becky Coltrone’s pay to 90% of what the prior city clerk earned to reflect her step‑up to the City Clerk duties. Finance measures approved included updating signers on checking and CD accounts to add Matt Craig, Jim Koger, Carol Baughman and others as listed, and raising the administration credit card limit to $3,000. The treasurer's report was reviewed and approved, and the council noted readiness for accountant Brian Nyp to conduct a review.
