Council OKs partial Filmac repair cost share, schedules snowblower pricing, orders Megginson service‑line replacement

Filmac equipment warranty expired on Feb. 17, 2025; the council agreed to pay the current repair and approved covering 50% of subsequent repairs for one year from the warranty expiration (motion recorded as passing 2–1). Regarding a smelly‑water complaint at the Megginson residence, tests showed no hydrogen sulfide coming from the main and outdoor pressure was recorded at 45 psi; the council voted to replace the isolated service line as an ASAP, isolated corrective action.
The Filmac cost‑sharing motion was the only maintenance motion with a dissenting vote; other maintenance directives were unanimous or consensus requests to return with pricing and bids.
