Commissioner Dorval said she will work with Meredith Williams to update the mailing list and obtain accurate postage pricing; the commission discussed the possibility of exchanging $380 worth of stamps for forever stamps. Commissioner Brian Willis will explore postage meter options to assist with processing the mailing.
