The motion, moved by Supervisor Carpenter and seconded by Supervisor Rasmussen, carried with Carpenter, Pedersen, Rasmussen and Thompson voting aye and Chair Bruce Reimers abstaining.
The board did not record additional conditions in the meeting minutes; the motion was limited to proceeding with the sale. The decision was taken during the regular session after public concerns earlier in the meeting and follows the standard motion-and-vote procedure used throughout the session. The sale will proceed subject to whatever next steps or documentation the county requires.
