Buster Pulley, Budget & Finance Chair, presented the Kansas State Oxford Houses 2025 budget-to-date and asked the state association to accept the report. He told members: "We have spent a total of $59,480.08 of $148,700 budgeted for the year." The report broke spending into line items, including $12,000 of $14,000 budgeted for World Council travel, $35,000 of $75,000 budgeted for conventions, and $6,272.36 spent of $11,000 budgeted for chapter donations in emergency situations.
Pulley also outlined near-term cash movements: travel expenses of $3,557.72 of $10,000 budgeted, transfers to savings of $400 to date, and IT spending of $800 of $2,400. The membership moved, seconded and passed a motion to accept the Budget & Finance report. The report copy will be added to the minutes, per the chair's request.
