State association approves Chapter 13 stabilization loan and 4TK allocations; multiple motions pass

The state association approved several formal actions during new business. Additional motions passed: the creation of Chapter 25 (a split from Chapter 18) and a motion to make Chapter 25 a voting body contingent on attending two state meetings before full membership; a motion to make Chapter 24 a voting member starting immediately; reimbursements ($648.00) and a payment of $739.00 for IT work were approved; and motions to fine Chapters 9, 11 and 24 for missing audits were passed. The meeting moved to accept new business by motion (MSP).
