Council approves agenda, decides not to stream closed-session report out
Summary

At the start of the July 22 meeting, the Chair asked for approval of the agenda. After a motion and a second, the Chair called for a voice vote. Several members responded "Aye," and the Chair announced the motion carried and the agenda was approved.
Before adjourning to closed session, members confirmed there were no public comments on the closed-session items. The Clerk noted that because there was no scheduled open meeting following the closed session and the length of the closed session was uncertain, “the report out is not gonna be broadcasted on... YouTube. It'll be report out in chambers, and we'll report the any reportable actions at the next meeting.” That approach was stated as the council’s plan for disclosing any reportable actions from the closed session.
