Members emphasized the town's inspection responsibilities under the stormwater bylaw and discussed whether the building commissioner has authority to halt unsafe work. The committee asked staff to continue coordinating with Weston & Sampson and the building commissioner to monitor conditions and to report back if further town action is required.
