Hyatt told board members APA will use the Core Knowledge curriculum and the newly added arts‑integration component planned for 2026, saying, “Core knowledge is used throughout South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and it’s also the curriculum of the other two charter schools.” Organizers said they have recruited consultants for preopening professional development and named Amanda Clark Peterson as a videographer and tech consultant. APA representatives reported 329 survey respondents interested in enrollment and said the school’s initial enrollment cap would be 300 students.
