Hungerford later moved to nominate Dunn as co‑chair; Bateman seconded and the motion carried by the same unanimous tally.
The commission also approved a proposed meeting calendar setting meetings for the first Thursday of each month; members removed the July 2 meeting because it falls on the Independence Day holiday. Paul Dunn moved to approve the calendar; Hilary Hungerford seconded and the motion carried. The commission scheduled an annual two‑hour retreat and training for April 2, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 PM to cover goals, focus areas and required commission training.
