Council approves two change orders to extend reclaimed water to city parks

Council members unanimously approved a pair of companion change orders June 8 that continue work to bring reclaimed water lines to Aspen Grove Park, Cleveland Park and Traditions Park. A presenter described change order #4 to DW Excavation to extend the reclaimed-water project to the three parks and said the work was briefed at last week's study session.
The council also approved a companion Century West work order for construction management oversight. "That was an $84,000 change order for the administration of that oversight," the presenter said. Council moved and passed both items without dissent.
