Planner schedules Critical Areas Ordinance hearing; Harold Cook named EFSEC liaison for CRT talks

City Planner Richard Hall told the council the Planning Commission would hold a public hearing that week to consider approval of the proposed Critical Areas Ordinance and reviewed the ordinance's next procedural steps if the commission approves it.
Hall also noted a virtual Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council meeting on Monday, March 16, to discuss general matters concerning the Cascade Renewable Transmission project and said Planning Commissioner Harold Cook would be the city-designated representative and liaison to EFSEC.
