Council approves Final Notice of Determination for Cascade Business Park
Summary
After the Planning Commission recommended approval with conditions, the council approved the Final Notice of Determination for the Cascade Business Park binding site plan by vote (Lee motion; Sabo second; Good, Sabo, Lee and Helms voted Yes; Baxter absent).
The Planning Commission reviewed the staff report prepared by Jackson Civil Engineering for the Cascade Business Park binding site plan and unanimously recommended approval with conditions. Planner Paul Dennis was available to answer technical questions and the council considered the commission's recommendation.
Councilmember Margie Lee moved to approve the Final Notice of Determination for the Cascade Business Park; Councilmember Emily Sabo seconded the motion. The motion carried with Councilmembers Joshua Good, Emily Sabo, Margie Lee and Mary Helms voting Yes; Councilman Taurus Baxter was absent from the meeting.
Mayor Tennison had a notice of decision ready to sign and date after completion of the meeting. The approval sends the binding site plan forward consistent with the Planning Commission's recommendation and attached conditions.
