North Bonneville schedules Cascade Business Park hearing, seeks funding for Lift Station #2

The city planner told the council that a public hearing notice for the Cascade Business Park project will run in the Pioneer beginning Dec. 24 and that the Planning Commission will consider the matter at a Jan. 6 meeting at 7 p.m. in City Hall; all related documents will be posted on the city's website under the Planning tab.
The planner also said staff are preparing a funding application for Lift Station #2 to the Washington State Department of Ecology loans and grants division and are working through potential funding options. The planner described the Year 2 periodic review of the Critical Areas Ordinance as a substantial update, noting, "It is now a 71-page document," and said a public hearing is planned for February. Work has also begun on updating the Capital Facilities Plan.
