The Kadoka City Council on Jan. 12 approved contractor's application for payment #9 to Menning Excavating, LLC in the amount of $180,205.85 for the city streets project. Councilmember Tim Huffman made the motion; Ryan Willert seconded, and the vote was unanimous (6-0).
SP&N project updates were distributed to the council earlier in the meeting. Huffman also noted that the salt truck has been repaired and is expected to be operational for the next snowfall, and he commended Public Works for removing snow in town.
