The North Bonneville City Council approved multiple interlocal agreements at its Dec. 9 meeting: prosecuting attorney services not to exceed $9,600 annually; municipal court services not to exceed $16,200 annually; and an interlocal agreement for law enforcement services (terms not specified in the meeting minutes).
Councilmember Joshua Good moved the agreement for prosecuting attorney services, seconded by Councilmember Travis Randall; the motion passed unanimously. Council also approved the municipal court services agreement on a motion by Good and second by Councilmember Terry Norris, and approved the law enforcement interlocal agreement on a motion by Good and second by Randall; recorded votes were yes on each.
The minutes do not include contract text or service providers; staff will finalize agreements and implement billing and service arrangements per the approved not-to-exceed amounts.
