The North Bonneville City Council on Dec. 9 adopted the 2026 city budget, Ordinance No. 1174, after councilors said the plan was updated to include a $400,000 grant.
Mayor Brian Sabo explained the adjustment to the budget during the meeting. The motion to adopt the ordinance, made by Councilmember Travis Randall and seconded by Councilmember Joshua Good, passed on a roll-call vote with Councilmembers Norris, Randall, Good, Lee and Baxter recorded as voting yes.
The ordinance was presented as the principal fiscal plan for 2026; the minutes note that the budget reflects the grant and standard reserve allocations. The council did not identify additional budgetary amendments at the meeting. The next formal step is implementation of the budget as adopted for 2026.
