The procedural motions were introduced by Trustees David Cofoid, Nikki Ball and Matthew Fullilove at different points and each motion carried "all aye," according to the minutes. "Motion by Trustee Cofoid to approve a Malt Beverage and South Dakota Farm wine on/off sale license for Rushmore Cave LLC dba Sprockets. Second by Trustee Fullilove. Vote – all aye," the record shows. No objections or public comments were recorded during the renewals segment.
