"The Finance Officer reported that the Torch Run for the Special Olympics will be held on May 13th starting at Dahl’s Chainsaw Art at 1:30pm and ending on Swanzey St.," the minutes record. The donation was recorded as an approved sponsorship in the meeting minutes.
