Keystone trustees approve permits, license and hear community reports; Senior Center benefit raised over $10,000

During the Feb. 18 meeting the board approved a building permit for Paula Cottrell (BP2-18-26) at 1013 Front St. to remove and replace a window and rotten framing and replace siding. Trustee David Cofoid moved the building-permit motion and Trustee Nikki Ball seconded; the vote was unanimous. The board also approved a mobile home permit for Melissa Clemetson (Lot #3 Madill St.), a contractor license for Baroque Advantage, LLC, a water/sewer tap for K Bar S at 600 Old Hill City Rd., and added Nikki Burke to insurance as a roller-skating volunteer; all motions passed unanimously.
In related community reports, Paula, president of the Keystone Senior Center, said the benefit and silent auction for Sarah Digmann raised over $10,000. The minutes list upcoming Senior Center events and classes (Sunday brunch March 1; lunch March 13; crochet and painting classes; free tax preparation by appointment on Fridays).
