Pennington County official: transfer of Keystone Elderly Housing to county management ongoing, USDA involved

Rossknecht also suggested that Keystone abandon a local Board of Equalization and instead route property assessment objections directly to the County Board of Equalization. The board did not make a decision on Rossknecht’s suggestion during this meeting; the Finance Officer later reminded residents that the local Board of Equalization meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and that objection filings must be submitted by March 12.
