The Keystone Board approved building permit BP3-4-26 (Dan Mueller, 503 Blair St.) for emergency foundation repair after a motion by Trustee Matthew Fullilove and a second from Trustee Nikki Ball; the motion passed with all members voting aye.
Under the same new-business item the board approved business licenses for Big Thunder Coffee Cabin; Big Thunder Family Bar and Grill; Big Thunder Gold Mine; Holy Terror Days Inc.; Lincoln Rock LLC; Netty’s Hideaway; Rushmore Tramway; and The Indians following a motion by Trustee David Cofoid and a second by Trustee Matthew Fullilove. Trustee Nikki Ball moved to approve a contractor license for Sunken Foundation Solutions, seconded by Trustee Fullilove; the board voted unanimously on both motions.
These approvals were handled as routine consent items during the new-business portion of the meeting and did not prompt extended discussion or recorded objections.
