Keystone trustees approve building permit and several business and contractor licenses

Trustee Nikki Ball moved to approve a contractor license for Sunken Foundation Solutions, seconded by Trustee Fullilove; the board voted unanimously on both motions.
These approvals were handled as routine consent items during the new-business portion of the meeting and did not prompt extended discussion or recorded objections.
