Nooksack council signs off on several 2026 professional service agreements

The council approved multiple 2026 professional services agreements during its Nov. 17 meeting. By motion the council approved Exhibit A, the scope of services, for Sehome Planning and Development Services; it separately approved Exhibit A for consultant Holly G. Hamilton and Exhibit A for Freeland & Associates. The council also approved Exhibit A (scope) and Exhibit B (hourly rate schedule) for the law firm Carmichael Clark P.S.
Each motion was seconded and carried without recorded dissent. The approved scopes and rate schedules will become part of the 2026 consulting and legal services contracts; council did not state dollar caps for the contracts in the minutes.
