The Board approved several permits and contractor licenses at its Jan. 7, 2026 meeting. Trustee Nikki Ball moved and Trustee Matthew Fullilove seconded motions approving contractor licenses for multiple firms and a building permit for Matt and Suzanne Reed at 905 Bullion St. The Board also approved Building Permit BP1-7-26-2 for an awning repair at 828 HWY 16A (Hilux Construction) and Grading Permit GP1-7-26 for lot leveling at 714/715 Columbia St. as submitted.
The Board passed motions approving contractor licenses for Action Mechanical, Black Hills Exterior, Gustafson Builders/Excavating Specialists, Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP, KONE Inc., MH Builders, Midwestern Mechanical, Inc., Mountain States Security, RCS Construction Inc., Scull Construction Service, Inc., and Site Work Specialists, Inc. A separate motion approved a contractor license for Precision at Work Contractors; Trustees Ball, Cofoid, Fullilove, and Parks voted aye while President Casey McNulty abstained. All permit approvals and contractor license motions were recorded without further public objection on the record.
