The Keystone Board of Trustees on Jan. 21 set the sanitary sewer upsize construction completion date for fall 2026 and authorized staff to advertise the sewer line upsize project for bid. Trustee David Cofoid moved the schedule and Trustee Matthew Fullilove seconded; the motions passed unanimously.
Public Works Supervisor Jerry Przybylski reported that blowers at the sewer plant need new seals rather than full replacement and that staff are prepared to replace a fan motor themselves. The board moved forward with the procurement step to advertise a public bid for the sewer upsize project so formal contracting can proceed.
