Later in the meeting Councilmember Relethford moved to approve Ordinance No. 759 repealing Nooksack Municipal Code 12.20 (Franchises); Councilmember Finet seconded and the motion carried. Councilmember Finet also moved to approve accounts payable Claims Clearing Fund #20614-20628 in the amount of $33,309.45; Councilmember Judy seconded and the motion carried.
