The Planning Commission approved a plat amendment for Lot 43 in the Holiday Ranchette subdivision (2376 Lucky Dawn Drive) to relocate a 10-foot-wide perforated drainage easement along the north lot line to facilitate infill development.
Staff explained the amendment retains the drainage easement on site, requires that future construction connect and route the drain line to the north property line and the irrigation ditch per a letter from the Holiday Ranchette Mutual Water Company, and does not change density. Staff found good cause for the amendment because it corrects the easement alignment while preserving drainage function. Commissioner Shand moved to approve and Commissioner Beal seconded; the motion passed on a voice vote.
