Kingsbury County approves routine claims including tax payment to state
Summary

On April 21 the Board approved the presented claims and directed the County Auditor to issue warrant checks for payment. The claims list included vendor supplies, utilities, repair charges, professional services and travel reimbursements.
Notable line items included a remittance to the South Dakota Department of Revenue for $204,534.29, a KnowInk, LLC charge for $18,810.00, a Stevens Construction invoice for $6,145.62 and several utility and repair payments. Motion by Commissioner Steve Spilde, second by Commissioner Troy Nelson to approve the claims carried with all present voting aye.
Approval of claims cleared the listed obligations for payment; the auditor will process warrants and report when payments are issued.
