Bingham revised the policy to designate storage in a locked file cabinet and returned to the board with the amendment. Commissioner Corey Lundquist moved to adopt the CHRI Records Policy as amended; Commissioner Troy Nelson seconded and all present voted aye. The policy now reflects storage of CHRI records in a locked cabinet consistent with county procedures.
The board recorded no objections; the matter will move forward under county personnel records controls.
