The Kingsbury County Board approved a Right of Way application from Ottertail Power to cross County Road 6 and install buried cable along the ROW, requiring cables to be buried no less than 40 inches and to be bored. The Board approved the application and authorized the Chairman to sign the agreement on a motion by Corey Lundquist, seconded by Troy Nelson; all present voted aye.
The application was presented with engineering specifications requiring burial depth and boring to protect the roadway. No conditions beyond the burial depth were recorded in the minutes; the Board's action authorized moving forward with the utility crossing under the county's standard permitting process.
